This ranges from the first time sea “dipper” with concerns over depth, chop and cold water, to advanced specialised event training and speed. We provide coaching during our pre-booked sessions or on a one to one basis or book us for your group, team or social event.

This one-hour, in-person coaching session is designed to help you clearly see and feel what’s happening in your stroke.
You’ll spend 45 minutes in the water, where your stroke will be observed and filmed from key angles. Using live video playback, we’ll show you exactly what we’re seeing so you can fully understand where inefficiencies or habits may be holding you back.
The session focuses on identifying key technique areas and introducing simple, effective drills to help you start improving immediately, all guided and supported during the session itself.

You’ll swim for 45 minutes, during which your stroke will be filmed and reviewed using live video playback. We’ll break down what’s happening in your technique and work through focused drills to address the key areas identified.
After the session, you’ll receive your stroke videos, a clear written session summary, and a personalised training plan tailored to your goals and ability — giving you confidence and direction for future swims.
