In this episode of the Dipping Duo we skipped, or rather were literally blown over the border into Cornwall as we visited Bude.

Check out the fantastic Bude Sea Pool on Summerleaze Beach and how incredibly windy it was. Bonus points if you can guess how many times we said the number 57!

We hope that seeing us messing about in the water and braving the wind (which was a rather blustery 57mph don’t you know) is as entertaining for you as our day out was and that it inspires, motivates or simply gives you even more reason to get outdoors and give Wild Swimming a go!
