The adventures of the Dipping Duo continue as this time we took a trip to beautiful Woolacombe Beach for an afternoon of body boarding!

We were joined by a few pals and “what a session” we all had, it was so much fun and we hope you find this video enjoyable and informative!

We hope that seeing us messing about in the surf is as entertaining for you as our day out was and that it inspires, motivates or simply gives you even more reason to get outdoors and give Wild Swimming or bodyboarding a go!
