Sea Knowledge & Practice Sessions
Come along and join in these sessions to have the chance do what you’d like, be it to swim, dip, practice your skills or add to your knowledge. We are here to facilitate your swims, giving you information, tips, advice and safety. Perfect for all abilities!

Swim Fitness Sessions
These are to help motivate and support you build up your fitness, practise your stroke, push yourself to get in and build your stamina. A perfect way to get you ready for those swim events and experiences! You don’t have to be fit already to come along.

Swim Coaching Sessions
Want to learn or progress a basic front crawl stroke in the sea OR fancy building on what you already have to master the basics and improve technique. We cover it all, from breathing, body position, catch and pull, rotation and kicking. We promise your stroke will thank us!

Introduction and Confidence in Open Water
We provide sessions for those who are completely new to the open water or anyone who has any fears of the cold, going out of their depth, waves and getting their faces wet. These sessions are supportive and paced to go slow and steady to help any newbie feel comfortable and confident in the water.
